AD&D coverage is an indemnity payment that is made to your beneficiaries in the event that you pass away or suffer dismemberment due to an accident.  A qualifying accident could include unfortunately common situations such as:

• Car accidents
• Drowning
• Falling
• An accident with heavy equipment

AD&D coverage pays out an agreed upon value, or percentage of that value, based on the incurred accidental injury.  Qualifying incidents may include:

• Death
• Loss of limb(s)
• Loss of sight, speech, and/or hearing
• Paralysis
• Coma
